According to reports, Sony would announce its latest flagship, Xperia 1.1 (Xperia 2) at the MWC 2020 event. However, due to the recent Coronavirus treatment, Sony withdrew from the event.
Despite the withdrawal of MWC 2020, Sony will still hold a conference for the launch of new products. This event will take place on February 24 at 3:30 pm (time of Beijing). The Sony Xperia 1.1 is the successor to Xperia 1 and comes with the Snapdragon 865 SoC. From speculation, this device will also use a 4K HDR OLED screen and support the 5G network.
